Is it really free?
Yes. A full basic listing is free, and providers who list today keep their free listing even after we add paid placement later. No card required to start.
What does 'vetted' actually mean?
It's applied by hand, not automatically. We review licensing for services that require it and confirm you're a real business at a real address. It isn't bought, and it can be re-checked.
How long does review take?
Most listings are reviewed within a few business days. You can build and publish your profile right away — the ✓ mark is added once review is complete.
What if I already have a listing someone else made?
You can claim it. Once we confirm you own the business, the profile transfers to your account and you take over editing.
Do I need my own photos?
No. If you don't upload any, we show a clearly-labeled stock image for your category. Your own photos always look better, though — and you can add them anytime.
