Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Healin Hub, a directory that connects consumers with independent health, wellness, and cosmetic service providers. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What The Healin Hub is

The Healin Hub is a directory. We help consumers discover independent providers and help providers list their businesses. Providers who appear in the directory are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, contractors, or representatives of The Healin Hub, and we do not supervise, direct, or control the services they offer.

The Healin Hub does not provide medical, cosmetic, or any other professional services. Any services you receive are provided solely by the provider you choose, under an agreement between you and that provider. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any services a provider performs.

The meaning of "Vetted"

Some listings may display a "Vetted" label. This label reflects that the listing went through our internal review process before publication, such as a check of the information the provider submitted. It is not a guarantee, certification, endorsement, or warranty of a provider's qualifications, licensing, insurance, quality of work, or safety. Consumers should independently verify a provider's credentials before booking services.

Listing accuracy is the provider's responsibility

Providers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information in their listing, including business details, services offered, pricing, licensing claims, and photos. We do not independently verify every detail a provider submits, and we make no representation that listing content is accurate, complete, or current.

Consumers are responsible for verifying a provider's licensing, credentials, insurance, and any other qualifications directly with the provider or the relevant licensing authority before engaging their services.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account or submitting a listing.
• Each provider may maintain only one account, unless we approve an exception in writing.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• We may review, edit, suspend, or remove any listing or account that violates these Terms, contains inaccurate or misleading information, or that we determine, in our discretion, is inappropriate for the directory.

Leads and messages

When a consumer submits a contact message through a listing, we transmit that message, including the consumer's name, email, phone number, and message content, to the relevant provider so the provider can respond. We are not responsible for how a provider uses, stores, or responds to a lead message once it is delivered.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent listing information.
• Use the directory to harass, spam, or send unsolicited commercial messages.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the site.
• Scrape or harvest listing or contact data for purposes unrelated to using the directory as intended.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Healin Hub is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the site, the accuracy of any listing, or the quality of any services provided by a listed provider.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Healin Hub and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss, injury, or harm arising from or related to services performed by a provider, information contained in a listing, or your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the site will not exceed one hundred dollars.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold The Healin Hub harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the site, your listing content, or services you provide or receive through a connection made on the directory.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or remove your listing at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
